Prepared Childbirth Class Series    $150.00 (5 week series)

 

Infant Care/Safety Class     $45.00  (3 hour class)

 

Sibling Class   $25.00 (2 hour class)

$ 35.00 for more than one sibling Recommended age for sibling over 4 years old

 

Breastfeeding Preparation Class      $60.00  (2 classes 2.5 hours long covering:

Class I:  basics, class II:  pumping/storing etc.)

 

Lactation Assistance:  $75.00  Hands on lactation help 1.5 hrs initial assessments

(Incl. 3 follow up calls pertaining to same issue)

 

Infant Massage  $ 45.00  (By appointment, approx. 45 min session)

 

Dad’s Class   $ 50.00 (2 hrs for dad’s only)

 

Grandparents Class $  50.00 (2 hrs for grandparents only)

 

Prenatal-/ Postpartum exercise classes  $ 10.00/class

(Postpartum classes include babies)

 

Bring towel, 2-3 lbs weights, water and your own birth ball or mat if desired.

Required:  Clearance form from OB/GYN, or Midwife
